Merger Tool
With the merger, you conflate the single detailed plans into one conclusive plan. By means of the corner coordinates, this plan can be loaded true to scale and in the correct position in your CAD software.
Less is sometimes more
The merger is our response to many enquiries of our customers concerning a large plan instead of many small detailed plans. You simply load the *.log file (e.g. layout.log) and select all detailed plans to be included in the overall plan. With a single click, you receive your overall plan. You may also merge the detailed plans of a section or a facade plan, of course.
It comes down to the position
The merger takes the spatial position of the detailed plans into account. No matter if locally recorded or georeferenced – each overall plan contains the respective information of the coordinates and, thus, may be inserted true to scale and in the correct position into each CAD software. If you need professional support for this job, please make use of our online tutorials or our live support.
Detailed plans – the key to a unique quality
The question is, of course, why we don't immediately create a large plan. The high quality as well as the clear and easily comprehensible view result from the processing of all laser-scanning survey points with our algorithm especially developed for the processing of laser-scanning data. Since we're talking about billions of single points, we subdivide the generation into several single operations (detailed plans). This fragmentation allows us to subdivide the processing of data on several processors (CPU). You will notice this effect in respect of the incredible processing speed.
