Our sketch tool addresses the users who apply no suitable software and want to simply use distances and surface areas. Additionally, comments can be added. For instance, imminent reconstruction work can thus be documented simply.
A general plan with scan positions
A huge additional value of laser scanning is the incredible detailing as well as the enormous mass of data of the surveying results. With Sketch, you can simply input a floor plan or a cut and receive a general plan of the single scanner positions. In just a few seconds, you will keep track of your project. The alignment in a laser-scanning project has never been easier.
Panoramas in photo quality
With the panorama tool, you receive a photo-realistic documentation of each single scanner position. You choose the tooland simply click on the circle of the laser-scanner position. PointCab Sketch generates a photo-realistic panoramic view within moments. During the analysis of your data, you will notice how important a photo-realistic documentation is for analysing and interpreting a point cloud.
Features organised in simple layers
It is just as with the point cloud; you don't always want to see all information at once. Among the Sketch features, you have the possibility to navigate your view. You can display and hide layers (measurements, laser-scanner positions, grids, detailed plans), adjust the distances in the grid or define single measurements via coordinate input.
