Video Tutorial 07 - PointCab Results in Autodesk Revit

This video tutorial shows how to import your PointCab plans into Autodesk Revit. That way, models can easily be created with Autodesk Revit on the basis of the plans.

 

Content:

 

1. Calculate detail plan with PointCab Layout (scale 40x40 m).

2. Load image file to AutoDesk Revit and apply scale to all detail plans.

3. Place detail plans relative to one another and move them to the origins of the coordinate system.

4. Now, you can use Revit functionalities to create e.g. 3D model of top view and create details.
